The challenge
Ideagen had grown its portfolio through a period of sustained acquisition. Each new product added customers and capability, and each one also made the company harder to explain in a single sentence.
As a leading enterprise software provider selling into multiple markets and audiences, Ideagen needed its website to do two jobs at once. It had to present a broad product set as one coherent offer, and it had to turn the interest that offer created into qualified sales conversations.
The modern B2B buying journey made both jobs harder. Enterprise buyers research independently and can enter a site almost anywhere. A prospect might land on an industry page, a solution page or a single product page, and each of those entry points had to make the case for Ideagen as a whole while giving the visitor a reason to take the next step.
Ideagen also wanted messaging that held together across every channel, from the website to the documents its teams used in front of customers.
The challenge was turning an acquisition-built portfolio into one website story that could generate pipeline from whichever page a buyer found first.

Our solution
We started with the messaging.
We developed a new tone of voice and brand positioning that brought every Ideagen product under one umbrella and moved the brand's stance from market defender to market leader. That gave the website a single argument to make, however many products sat beneath it.
We then built a content strategy around an industry, solution and product matrix. The matrix mapped how the portfolio connects to the sectors and problems buyers recognise, so the same proposition could be expressed in the terms of each market and audience Ideagen serves. It also gave Ideagen's teams a shared structure for multi-channel, cross-functional activity, so campaigns and website content worked from the same map.
The website redesign followed that structure. We redesigned the key journeys across the SaaS buying process and aligned the site with Ideagen's commercial growth strategy, with a fresh, modern design that better reflects the company's expertise and new direction. Industry, solution and product pages each became a credible starting point for a buyer, with clear routes into the rest of the offer. We built the site on a headless architecture, so the industry, solution and product structure could keep growing with the portfolio while the front end stayed free to change.
Conversion optimisation ran through the build. We applied conversion best practice across the site so that every page could sell, no matter where a customer arrived. Each journey was built to lead towards a clear next step, whether that meant downloading an asset, registering for a webinar, getting in touch or requesting a demo.
Finally, we updated Ideagen's marketing documents and infographics, so the materials buyers met beyond the website told the same story as the site itself.

The outcome
The redesign turned Ideagen's website into a scalable demand generation platform, with gains at every stage of the buying journey.
Demo requests rose 47.83%, the clearest sign that the site was producing more sales conversations. Asset downloads increased 52.79%, giving earlier-stage buyers more reasons to engage with Ideagen's expertise, and contact requests rose 14.8%.
The sharpest change came in webinar registrations, which increased by 1,023.26%, more than eleven times their previous level. A channel that had been a minor contributor became a far larger audience for Ideagen's thinking.
Ideagen now has a website that presents an acquisition-built portfolio as one company and gives buyers a route to a conversation from whichever page they find first. Its messaging, content structure and marketing materials all work from the same foundation, so new products and campaigns can slot into an established story.
The result is a website built to generate demand: one story for a growing portfolio, and pages designed to convert wherever the buying journey begins.
