The challenge
Keisson operates in a technically complex part of the infrastructure market, where many competitors present themselves in almost identical ways.
The language is often dense, the visual conventions are familiar, and genuine differences in capability can disappear behind the same claims around performance, security and scalability. Keisson’s product offered something more specific: greater clarity, control and operational confidence for teams managing Kubernetes infrastructure.
The brand did not yet communicate that distinction clearly enough. To build authority with CISOs, CTOs, delivery directors and other technical leaders, Keisson needed a stronger way to connect its technical capabilities with the pressures those audiences were actually managing every day.

Our solution
We started with the commercial and operational realities behind the buying decision.
That meant looking beyond the technology itself and mapping the pressures Keisson’s audience was dealing with: financial oversight, operational complexity, security and compliance requirements, stretched internal resources and the need to retain control over increasingly complicated infrastructure. Those insights shaped the messaging framework.
Clear charging structures, ease of use, serverless scheduling and sustainable handover were brought forward as part of a more practical story about control, visibility and long-term ownership.
The proposition gave technical capabilities a clearer commercial context, helping Keisson speak to both the people responsible for infrastructure and the senior decision-makers accountable for its cost, risk and performance.
We carried the same thinking into the visual identity. The system was designed to feel structured, modular and engineered, drawing on the logic of containerisation without falling into the familiar visual language of the wider technology category.
That gave Keisson a distinctive presence while keeping the brand appropriate for a highly technical audience.

The outcome
Keisson now has a brand that makes its position in the market much easier to understand. The identity gives the business a more distinctive presence in a category where visual and verbal similarity can make even strong technical propositions difficult to separate.
Its messaging connects infrastructure capability with the operational and commercial concerns of senior buyers, giving sales conversations a clearer starting point across technical and executive audiences.
The visual system also gives Keisson a more ownable foundation for future growth, with an identity capable of extending across sales materials, digital channels and wider marketing activity without losing its precision.
The result is a brand with greater authority and focus: technically credible, commercially relevant and recognisable in a market where blending in is one of the easiest ways to be overlooked.
