The challenge
mhance had built a strong reputation delivering Microsoft integration projects for not-for-profit organisations. That heritage remained valuable, but the business had moved well beyond the position its brand still suggested.
Its services now spanned Microsoft Dynamics 365, Microsoft Cloud, data and wider consultancy, with mhance working more closely with customers over time and taking on a broader role across technology, operations and transformation. Around 40% of its customer base was already commercial, yet the existing brand and website still presented the business largely through the lens of its nonprofit roots.
That created a gap between the company mhance had become and the company prospective customers were seeing.
To compete more credibly across the wider Microsoft and SaaS ecosystem, the brand needed to communicate greater technical depth, broader commercial relevance and a much clearer sense of the long-term value mhance could bring to customers.

Our solution
We evolved the existing brand around the business mhance had become.
The repositioning centred on a broader role as a Microsoft partner helping organisations make meaningful, lasting improvements through technology. That shifted the emphasis away from implementation alone and towards the outcomes mhance helps customers create: modernised systems, better-connected data, simpler operations, stronger decision-making and continued improvement after launch.
The proposition was designed to work across both commercial and nonprofit audiences, giving mhance a more unified way to talk about its capabilities without losing the credibility it had built in its existing markets. We evolved the visual identity to feel more contemporary, technology-led and confident, with a stronger expression of Microsoft expertise and the depth of the consultancy behind the brand.
The website carried that thinking through into the customer experience. Solutions, industries, expertise and customer outcomes were brought forward more clearly, giving visitors a faster understanding of what mhance does, who it works with and where its value extends beyond a single technology project.
The result was a brand and digital experience capable of representing the full breadth of the business, from cloud and data through to Dynamics 365, consultancy and ongoing optimisation.

The outcome
mhance now has a brand that reflects the scale and direction of the business it has become. Its commercial offer sits much more clearly alongside its established nonprofit credentials, giving the company a stronger position with an audience that already represented around 40% of its customer base.
The proposition now presents mhance as a broader Microsoft Solutions Partner, with consultancy, cloud, data, Dynamics 365 and ongoing optimisation connected within one coherent story.
That has given sales and marketing a more commercially useful platform: clearer differentiation, stronger technical credibility and a digital presence better aligned with the senior technology and business decision-makers mhance wants to reach.
The shift also creates more room for growth across sectors, because the brand is no longer anchored to a narrower perception of the company’s past. mhance can now present itself with the confidence and breadth of a long-term Microsoft partner, with a brand built to support the next stage of the business.
