The challenge
Silverstone’s marketing and partnerships team was already producing strong work, but the volume and pace of demand were increasing across campaigns, sponsorships, events and digital activity.
That creates a familiar problem for internal teams. As requests increase, more time gets spent reacting to what is urgent, and less time is available to think about consistency, planning and reuse. The work can still get out of the door, but the process becomes harder to sustain. Silverstone needed a way to keep moving quickly without making every new piece of work feel like a fresh start.
The challenge was therefore operational as much as creative. The team needed a structure that could absorb high levels of demand, reduce the amount of repeated work, and give different outputs a more consistent visual and strategic thread.
Our solution
We introduced a sprint-based way of working that gave the team a more predictable rhythm for creative production.
The structure made it easier to group priorities, plan ahead and move work through the team without every request becoming an individual emergency. Alongside that, we built a clearer brand narrative, a flexible storytelling framework and a set of reusable presentation tools.
Those tools gave teams a stronger starting point. Instead of building each deck or campaign asset from scratch, they could work from an established system of layouts, visual cues and approved components. Reuse reduces the amount of decision-making needed on every project, while still leaving enough flexibility for the work to feel specific to the audience or campaign.
The same thinking was then applied across wider campaign activity, including out-of-home, social and digital work. That meant presentations, campaign materials and day-to-day content were being built from the same underlying system, which reduced the risk of the brand becoming fragmented across different channels.
The outcome
Silverstone now has a more consistent way to produce work across presentations, partnerships and campaigns, with deliverables completed on time, on brand and with far less rework or oversight. The team can handle a higher volume of activity without the same increase in production pressure, while quality and consistency hold as demand grows.
That has created a much more scalable creative operation: faster delivery, fewer unnecessary review cycles, more confidence across internal teams, and greater capacity to support new campaigns and commercial activity without adding the same level of complexity behind them.
The relationship has since developed into an ongoing creative partnership, with FutureGroup now a recommended presentation partner for Silverstone.
What began as support for a pressured creative pipeline became a model the team could rely on as the volume and importance of the work increased.
“The deck comes across as exciting, innovative and engaging. The Future Group team are really delivering for us.”
